Office Needs Assessment

The Needs Assessment is a template tool for the SPS Dental Academy Team as they meet with the project team to assess their learning needs. It is meant as an interview guide to ensure that all essential information is captured, allowing for a detailed Analysis and Recommendation of the ideal learning solution to support the changes.

The Needs Assessment will be filled out by SPS Dental Academy Learning team in initial meetings with the project Subject Matter Experts (SME). The information compiled in this template will support the Learning team in their Analysis and Recommendation of the ideal learning solution. It is possible that after meeting with the SMEs, the Learning team will determine that communication is more appropriate than a learning solution.

This document is meant to support the SPS Dental Academy Learning team in their meetings with the project teams. It supports clarity around the upcoming changes, the impacted audiences, the scope of the change, and other details that will support a decision on the ideal learning solution.
